Refund Policy

Opaass Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. follows a transparent and fair refund policy while ensuring operational feasibility of diagnostic services.

  • Sample Collection

    Once a sample has been collected or processed, no cancellation or refund shall be applicable due to the irreversible nature of diagnostic procedures.

  • Service Cancellation

    Cancellation requests must be made prior to sample collection. Acceptance of cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of Opaass Healthcare.

  • Refund Eligibility

    Refunds, if applicable, shall be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or non-collection of sample due to internal operational issues.

  • Processing Time

    Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Discretion Clause

    Opaass Healthcare reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving misuse, false claims, non-cooperation or policy violation.
