Our Journey
Opaass Healthcare traces its roots back to a vision that began much before the establishment of a diagnostic laboratory. The journey started with Opaass Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., where the focus was on manufacturing and supplying quality medicines directly from WHO-GMP certified plants to doctors and patients.
Despite challenges in funding and scale, the belief remained firm — healthcare must be driven by responsibility, not shortcuts. With consistent support from doctors and patients, this belief laid the foundation for everything that followed.
A Philosophy Built on Trust
From the very beginning, the guiding principle behind Opaass has been simple — to prioritise patient well-being over profit. Whether it was sourcing medicines, manufacturing injectable products, or later conducting diagnostic tests, the commitment to quality and ethics never changed.
Every product manufactured under Opaass Pharmaceuticals was trademark registered and produced through certified facilities. These decisions were not always easy, but they ensured long-term trust — something that cannot be purchased, only earned.
The Birth of Opaass Pathology
In 2016, encouraged by doctors who closely observed this patient-first approach, the decision was taken to enter the field of diagnostics. Opaass Pathology Centre was established with the same philosophy — accurate testing, honest reporting, and accessible services.
Collection centres were introduced across Kanpur and nearby regions to ensure convenience for patients, while maintaining strict control over quality and reporting standards at the central laboratory.
Key Milestones
- 2013- Present: Pharmaceutical manufacturing and ethical product distribution through Opaass Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
- 2016: Establishment of Opaass Pathology Centre to provide accurate diagnostic services in Kanpur.
- 2017–2022: Expansion of collection centres and community outreach including free and subsidised testing.
- 2024: Integration into Opaass Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. aligned with ISO and NABL-oriented quality standards.
- Present: Serving 11,000+ patients annually with a trained medical and laboratory team.
Commitment Beyond Business
Healthcare carries a social responsibility. Alongside regular services, Opaass has actively contributed to charitable initiatives — including free sample collections and providing costly diagnostic tests at no charge for underprivileged patients whenever required.
These efforts were never campaigns, but quiet commitments made where help was genuinely needed.

Over the years, Opaass Pathology earned recognition across Kanpur by serving more than 11,000 patients annually through both paid and free diagnostic services. The acceptance of Opaass reports by government and institutional organisations has been a source of pride and validation.

To strengthen systems and align with evolving diagnostic standards, Opaass Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. and Opaass Pathology were unified under a single entity — Opaass Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
The organisation continues to operate in line with ISO 9001 (IAF), ISO 15189 and ISO 17025 standards, supported by a trained team of doctors, pathologists, and laboratory professionals.
Looking Ahead
Founded by Mr. Srivastava, Opaass Healthcare continues to expand its services responsibly — strengthening existing centres while reaching new locations. The vision is to build a nationally respected diagnostic brand and, in time, extend services beyond borders without compromising on values.
